MainRecipesBreakfast | Raspberry Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Raspberry Chocolate Chip Banana Bread submitted by Mom Johnson
Description
A good way to use up mushy bananas and raspberries! And who doesn't like chocolate!?

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, soda and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the sugar with the butter until well-blended.

Add the eggs, beating well after each one. Add the banana and yogurt. Stir in the flour mixture just until moist; don't ovemix.

Stir in the chocolate chips and then gently stir in the flour-covered raspberries. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely on a rack.
