Loaded Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole submitted by Mom Johnson
Description
Another nice "make-ahead" for the holiday season!

Directions
Cook the sausage links and bacon in a skillet. Cut sausage links into bite-sized pieces and crumble the bacon. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add 2/3'ds of the bacon and sausage pieces. (Set the rest aside for the topping.) Fold in 2 cups of the shredded cheese.
Prepare a a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Lay out frozen hash brown patties along the bottom of the pan. Pour egg mixture over the patties. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Keep covered with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top. Take the extra sausage and bacon and add a line of it down the center. Return to the oven uncovered for 10 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
