Description
A wonderful way to get kids to eat their spinach! Tell them Popeye made it!

Directions
Cook spinach according to package instructions. Drain well, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Cook onion in butter in a large skillet until tender, about 4 minutes. Add flour; cook and stir until bubbly. Gradually add reserved spinach liquid and milk; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in cheese; cook and stir until cheese melts. Stir in picante sauce, drained spinach and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with tortilla chips and serve with additional picante sauce. Makes 4-5 servings.

Ingredients
v 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
v 1/3 cup minced onion
v 2 T. butter
v 2 T. flour
v 1/2 cup milk
v 6 oz. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
v 1/2 cup Pace Picante Sauce
v 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
v Crushed tortilla chips
