MainRecipesMaindish | Cranberry Turkey Loaf

Cranberry Turkey Loaf submitted by Mom Johnson
Description
This is a great alternative to the typical ground beef meat loaf, being lower in fat and calories....and it's sooo easy!

Directions
In a bowl, beat the egg; add stuffing mix, 1/4 cup cranberry sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Spoon into an ungreased loaf pan and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.

Heat remaining cranberry sauce in a microwave on high for 1 minute or till heated through. Slice turkey loaf and top with sauce. Yield 4 servings.
