Description
This recipe doesn't use mayonnaise! Yummy!

Directions
In a large salad bowl, place the broccoli, blueberries, red onion, cranberries and sunflower seeds. Mix the apple pieces with 1 T. lemon juice, then add it to the salad bowl. In another small bowl, whisk together the yogurt dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix. Use as much of the dressing as you like. May be refrigerated up to 3 days!

Ingredients
v 1 1/2 pound fresh broccoli, cut into florets
v 1 cup fresh blueberries
v 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
v 1/2 cup dried cranberries
v 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (or other chopped nuts)
v 1 large apple, chopped into large pieces
v 1 T. lemon juice

v Dressing:
v 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used vanilla)
v 1/4 cup honey
v 1 T. lemon juice
v 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
v 1 T. poppy seeds
