Description
Thanksgiving here we come!!

Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Beat the mashed potatoes, milk, vanilla, sugar, eggs and butter. Bake in an ungreased 1 1/2 quart baking dish until edges leave the side of the pan (about 45 minutes).

In another bowl, mix all topping ingredients until combined and spread on top of the baked souffle. Brown topping under broiler for about 1 minute.

Ingredients
v 1 pound fresh sweet potatoes or yams, cooked OR
v 1 pound 13 oz. can drained sweet potatoes
v 3/4 cup milk
v 1 tsp. vanilla
v 1/4 cup sugar
v 2 eggs
v 6 T. melted butter
v Topping:
v 6 T. butter
v 1/2 cup chopped pecans
v 1/2 cup brown sugar
v 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
