Description
Use ground beef or the healthier ground turkey - either way these are a delicious summertime variation on an old favorite. Serve with or without a bun and pineapple slice!

Directions
Combine all ingredients and shape into patties - BBQ on medium-hot coals. Top with a pineapple slice and enjoy!




Ingredients
v 2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
v 1/2 cup soy sauce
v 1 T. sugar
v 1 tsp. salt
v Dash of pepper
v 1 tsp. ground ginger
v 1 clove garlic, minced
v 1/2 can chinese vegetables ( chop suey)
v 1 5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
v 3 green onions, sliced
